Abstract:In 2005 firstly described a newly CD4+T helper cell, the identification of the new subpopulation of T helper cells and it was named Th17. Th17 cells have independence capable of differentiation and development process. IL-17 is an early startup-factor of inflammatory response induced by T cell, can promote the release of inflammatory cytokines to amplify inflammatory response. Th17 cells have been shown play an important role in pathogenesis of rheumatic immunologic disease. However, the role of Th17 cells and regulation mechanism is not clear and needs further discussion and research. The research progress of Th17 cells and their secretion of cytokines involved in rheumatic immunologic disease is reviewed in this article.
