There were 60 patients were enrolled before training, and 60 patients were enrolled after training of 120 patients. Hypertension management ability of the workers, while the satisfaction, disease cognition and blood pressure levels of hypertension patients before and after the training were investigated by the questionnaire survey. Results The location of the unit and whether it has participated in training were influential factors for the management knowledge score of medical staff, and the education level and whether it has participated in training were the influential factors for the management behavior score of medical staff (P < 0.05). The scores of hypertension health literacy knowledge and behavior of medical staff after training were significantly higher than before training, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of disease awareness and satisfaction of trained hypertensive patients were higher than those of untrained patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
