Finally, 48 cases in treatment group and 50 cases in control group were counted. Control group was treated with oral Tolterodine Tartrate Tablets combined with bladder training, and treatment group was treated with baihui acupoint and bilateral parietal line 1 supplemented with electroacupuncture stimulation. Urodynamic indexes, clinical symptom scores and therapeutic effects between two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Vfs, Vmax and Pdetmax before and after treatment within two groups were compared, Vfs, Vmax and Pdetmax after treatment between two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, clinical symptom scores of two groups were lower than before treatment, and treatment group was lower than that control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at baihui and bilateral lateral line 1 of vertex can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, and improve the urodynamicparameters for cerebral infarction patients with urge urinary incontinence.
