Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Di′ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsules combined with routine western medicine on angina pectoris after coronary intervention. Methods From April 2017 to January 2019, 123 cases with angina pectoris after coronary intervention were selected from 3201 Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Xi′an Jiaotong University. According to the random number table method, They were divided into control group (n = 61) and study group (n = 62). All patients were given routine treatment after admission, with instructions on routine nutrition diet, bed rest and precautions. Controls group was treated with routine western medicine treatment. Study group was given Di′ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect, electrocardiogram effect, serological index, quality of life, angina pectoris attack and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram efficacy of study group after treatment were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, MDA and hs-CRP levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while SOD levels were higher than those before treatment. The levels of MDA and hs-CRP in study group were lower than those in control group, while the levels of SOD were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in limited physical activity, stable angina pectoris, treatment satisfaction, angina pectoris attack and disease awareness (P > 0.05). The above scores in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and study group were higher than control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). There were no significant difference in the frequency and duration of angina pectoris between two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and study group was lower than control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Di′ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule, combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris after coronary intervention can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms, the curative effect is definite. It can also improve the level of lipid peroxide and reduce inflammatory factors.
