Abstract:Objective To co-word analyze the key words of related literature on angiogenesis, and explore the research hotspots. Methods The data sources were “EI journals” “core journals” “CSSCI” or “CSCD” in CNKI academic journals, the field was limited as “medical, health science and technology”, with “angiogenesis” as the key word and “subject” as the search type, and the search time was from 1992 to June 2019. Pajek and SPSS 22.0 were used for literature metrological analysis. Results of co-word analysis was obtained by high frequency word statistics, keywords cluster analysis based on co-word matrix, and network graph. Results A total of 2586 research papers were obtained. The co-word network graph showed that five main aspects exist: intervention mode, research model/technology, mechanism, evaluation index and disease. Conclusion Among these hotspots on angiogenesis in China, the main direction of inhibiting angiogenesis is tumor. The main direction of promoting angiogenesis is endometriosis, myocardial ischemia and others. The main experimental animal is chick embryo allantoic membrane. These provide references for relevant clinical and research.
