Effect of Yangxin Dingji Capsules on To-Tp interval and Tp-Te interval in patients with ventricular premature beat accompanying acute coronary syndrome

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of Yangxin Dingji Capsules on T onset-T peak (To-Tp) interval and T peak-T end (Tp-Te) interval in patients with ventricular premature beat accompanying acute coronary syndrome. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 122 patients with ventricular premature beat accompanying acute coronary syndrome treated in the Cangzhou People′s Hospital of Hebei Province were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 61 cases in each group. Patients in control group received conventional treatment, patients in observation group were treated with Yangxin Dingji Capsules, treatment lasts for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, clinical effects were compared between two groups, the number of premature ventricular beats was recorded in 24 hours, To-Tp interphase and Tp-Te interphase were measured, the adverse reactions were recorded. Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the frequency of ventricular premature beat between two groups 24 hours before treatment (P > 0.05). 24 hours after treatment, the frequency of ventricular premature beat in two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment, and the number of ventricular premature beat in observation group was less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in To-Tp interphase and Tp-Te interphase between two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). To-Tp interphase and Tp-Te interphase of two groups were shorter than those before treatment, and observation group was shorter than that control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in two groups. Conclusion Yangxin Dingji Capsules is effective in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome patients with premature ventricular beats, can reduce the number of premature ventricular beats, shorten the To-Tp interphase and Tp-Te interphase.
