Abstract:Objective To study the features in pulse-diagnosis signals of undergraduates in one university. Methods Three probe intelligent pulse information acquisition device was used to collect pulse information of the same group of undergraduates from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to September 2018 in spring, summer, autumn and winter. After preprocessing the pulse information, the continuous pulse waves of multiple periods were selected as the research object. The least square regression of 12 harmonics was carried out for each period and the mathematical model was established. After obtaining the characteristic parameters, SAS was used for statistical analysis. Results The mean value of h1 in autumn was lower than that in other three seasons (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the mean value of h1 between spring, summer and winter (P > 0.05). There was significant difference in the mean value of h1 between different parts of pulse in summer and winter (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the mean value of h1 between different parts of pulse in spring and autumn (P > 0.05). There was significant difference in h1 in different seasons (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in h1 between left and right ruler in different seasons (P > 0.05). Conclusion The four seasons pulse force and its changing law are basically consistent with the physiological state of normal people and the pulse condition of traditional Chinese medicine. The comparison of six pulses partly reflects the theory of “five viscera responding to time”.
