Discussion on practice of professional titles evaluation in a collectivized hospital

Abstract：[Abstract] As the new medical reform gets implemented, public hospitals in Anhui Province are also undergoing reforms in evaluating professional titles. This article systematically summarizes the works that have been done in evaluating professions titles by a collectivized hospital in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2015. This hospital established a set of scientific, practical, and highly operative evaluating system, so as to form fair, objective, and justified evaluation and assessment system of medical professionals, formulating effective evaluation system for professional technical personnel. Through systematic surveying the current state of evaluation system of professional titles in collectivized hospitals, major problems at the moment and achievement in evaluation system reform, this articles further discusses the standards and conditions of the evaluation system for medical staff, so as to better improve the evaluating system and procedures, to adapt the new demand of the new medical reform, and finally, to provide effective experience for other hospitals to learn. This article provides assessment foundation for the application of medical staff. It is also instructive in that it offers strategy for the application and evaluation of professional titles in other hospital groups.
