Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis. Methods From October 2017 to February 2019, 106 patients in the Department of Hepatobiliary Echinococcus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected. Experimental methods were used to study patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis who met the inclusion criteria. A total of 53 patients from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group. Fifty-three patients from June 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the intervention group. The pain score, self-care ability score and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score and self-care ability score of the two groups at different time points after the operation were higher than those before the operation, and the score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time of anal exhaust, defecation, postoperative first out-of-bed activity, hospital stay and cost (P < 0.05). Conclusion The practice of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care in patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis is safe and effective.
