Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of group dynamics intervention in young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 120 young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients admitted to Hai an People′s Hospital in jiangsu province from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected, according to the random number table method was divided into control group and observation group, each group 60 cases. The control group was given regular health education, and the observation group was given health education with group dynamics intervention as the guide scheme. Biochemical indicators, post-traumatic growth score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of intervention, the serum albumin, serum phosphorus, serum calcium, serum potassium, creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The post-traumatic growth score of the observation group after 1 month of intervention was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The whoqol-100 scale score of the two groups after 1 month of intervention was higher than that before intervention (P < 0.05). The WHOQOL-100 scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 1 month of intervention, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of group dynamics intervention in young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the level of serum albumin, blood phosphorus and other biochemical indicators, which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
