Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of systemic nursing intervention on the incidence of urinary retention after digital subtraction angiography, and to provide reference for the clinical nursing of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods From May 2017 to May 2019, 265 patients underwent total cerebral angiography in the Department of Encephalopathy, Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, and the patients were divided into observation group 133 cases and control group 132 cases by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group carried out systematic nursing intervention measures such as psychological nursing, health education, and bed urination training on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of urinary retention, urination function, complications and patient satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the urination function was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The overall treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the urination function of patients with digital subtraction angiography, reduce the incidence of urinary retention and other complications, and improve patients′ satisfaction with treatment.
