Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative standard visit combined with visit card in laparoscopic surgery for patients with pancreatic and duodenal resection. Methods From August 2013 to August 2015, in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Guangdong Province, 50 patients with laparoscopic pancreatic resection were divided into experiment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. In the experiment group, the patients were treated according to the standard of preoperative visit; patients in the control group was treated by the circuit nurses according to their own experience and the interview was conducted in the control group. The anxiety scale (SAS) and depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate the psychological mood of the two groups, and the systolic blood pressure and heart rate were detected, and the satisfaction of patients was investigated. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), and the patients in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The preoperative visit to the standard combined with visit card can reduce the anxiety of patients and more initiative to cooperate with the operation anesthesia. Nurses through the interview process can fully understand the assessment of patients which helped them to prepare for the operation and to provide the basis for the operation of tacit understanding ahead of time so that the operation can carry on smoothly.
