Abstract:Based on sweat pores, this paper elucidates the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of ischemic white matter lesions. Based on the theory of sweat pore, this paper analyzes the physiological status of sweat pores, qi and body fluid, the main pathogenesis of opening and closing function of sweat pore of ischemic white matter lesions, and the pathogenesis of different stages. The opening and closing function of sweat pore is closely related to the function of the neurovascular unit. The pathogenesis of ischemic white matter lesions mainly includes too much or too little opening of sweat pore, and qi stagnation, phlegm, excessive fluid, blood stasis, and toxin can be aggregated in sweat pore. So the sweat pore theory can elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic white matter lesions.
