Abstract:Renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) is an important cause of delayed recovery of renal function, rejection reaction and interstitial fibrosis of renal transplantation, which has become the bottleneck restricting the long-term survival of transplant recipients and kidneys. How to alleviate renal IRI is the key issue to improve the long-term prognosis of renal transplantation. There is a close relationship between autophagy and renal IRI, and the role of mitochondrial autophagy in renal IRI has attracted more and more attention. To elucidate the relationship between renal IRI and the regulatory axis of mitochondrial autophagy SIRT1-FOXO3-PINK1-Parkin is of great significance to explore the new mechanism of renal tubular epithelial cell injury and repair after renal IRI.
