Abstract：Fever is one of the common clinical symptoms in patients with malignant hematopathy. Professor Hu Dongju thinks that the basic pathogenesis of the disease lies in the deficiency of five internal organs, endogenesis of damp heat, imbalance of yin and yang of qi and blood. The location of the disease is mainly in the liver, spleen and kidney, which is related to the viscera such as heart lung triple energizer. The treatment is mainly to regulate the spleen and stomach, liver and gall, kidney yin and kidney yang, combined with the methods of removing dampness and heat, regulating qi mechanism, and resolving evil qi. Professor Hu Dongju not only recuperates the internal organs, but also gives attention to the qi and blood. He emphasizes that we should pay attention to the return of diseases, grasp the opportunity of attack and tonic, adjust the medication according to the changes of diseases in time, so as to strengthen the body without helping the evil, remove the evil without hurting the right, so as to restore the balance of the human body, and then return the yin and yang of qi and blood to a peaceful state.
