Abstract：[Abstract] Clinical pathway is a new type of medical service model, which has developed rapidly in recent years, and it successfully achieved the perfect combination of medical cost control and medical service quality. The combination of single disease payment system and clinical pathway is also being implemented gradually, which is advantageous to the hospital reasonable budget single disease diagnosis and treatment cost and also conducive to the effective development of the implementation details of medical insurance. The article will take the clinical path as the starting point to research its progress in the single disease payment, and it evaluates the significance and disadvantages of clinical pathway in the single disease payment system while analyzing the prospect.
