Abstract:“Spleen deficiency and qi mechanism disorder” is an important pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory, in the process of tumor occurrence and development, spleen deficiency and qi mechanism disorder affect the human body dynamically, resulting in dampness accumulation, phlegm generation, stasis and finally leading to the formation of NSCLC. By analyzing the evolution of pathogenesis and the typical symptoms in each stage of its development, the method of invigorating the spleen and regulating qi can achieve good curative effect. This paper summarizes the pathogenesis, pathology, symptoms, prescriptions and special features of NSCLC in various stages of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of NSCLC in the same way.
