Abstract：With the popularization of diagnosis and treatment cards and the increasingly mature information network system, the management, diagnosis and treatment, scientific research and logistics support of the hospital become an organic whole. Based on the diagnosis and treatment card as the medium, from the financial point of view, this paper analyzes the current situation of the use of diagnosis and treatment card in a large-scale comprehensive hospital in China, finds out the problems of the physical and financial security management in the use of diagnosis and treatment card, and puts forward specific implementation plans for the transformation of the physical management process of diagnosis and treatment card, financial accounting and financial security risk monitoring.
