基于法象药理的中医皮肤科教学中外用药物“类比选药”的传授经验探讨

摘要首都医科大学附属北京中医医院教学组在中医皮肤病学的教学中，抓住中医皮肤病学的特色，以“法象药理”为理论基础，并以“类比选药”中医外治法为创新性教学方法，同时应用富于趣味、立体形象的教学模式，研究内容包括应用于病种治疗的相应外科外治疗法的各种特点的了解、具体疗法应用步骤、特征的熟悉以及相应适应证、禁忌证的整理，最终将上述研究成果总结分析并纳入至课堂及实践带教教学中，取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract：The teaching group of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital, Capital Medical University, in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology, grasps the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology, based on the theory of “faxiang pharmacology”, and the “analogical selection of Chinese and foreign drugs” Chinese medicine external treatment. The method is an innovative teaching method, and at the same time, the teaching mode is rich in fun and stereoscopic image. The research content includes the understanding of various characteristics of the corresponding surgical external treatment applied to the treatment of the disease, the application steps of the specific therapy, the familiarity of the features and the corresponding. In order to adapt to the taboos, the above research results are summarized and analyzed into classroom and practice teaching, and achieve good teaching results.
