Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscope in infertility patients. Methods From January 2015 to March 2018, 156 cases of infertility patients admitted to Wuzhou People′s Hospital were randomly selected and grouped according to the treatment methods and patients′ treatment intention, 78 cases in each group. Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy exploratory surgery was applied in combined group, laparoscopy surgery alone was applied of single group. Duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stays, postoperative tubal recanalization rate, intrauterine pregnancy rate 1 year after surgery and delivery situation of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stays between the two groups (P > 0.05). Postoperative tubal recanalization rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate 1 year after surgery in combined group were higher than those in single group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate of caesarean section and artificial midwifery in combined group was lower than that in single group, the vaginal delivery rate in combined group was higher than that in single group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscope treatment for infertility is significant. It can effectively improve the postoperative tubal recanalization rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate, and can conducive to improve the vaginal delivery rate, meanwhile reduce the artificial midwifery rate, it has a positive significance to improve the pregnancy outcome.
