Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of the rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with hepatolith and portal hypertension underwent surgery. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 90 patients with hepatolith and portal hypertension who received surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected. All the patients were divided into routine nursing group and rapid rehabilitation nursing group according to random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The perioperative indicators, quality of life and the incidence of complications of the two groups patients after surgery were compared. Results The bed activity time, eating time, the first defecation time and the length of hospital stay in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were shorter than those in the routine nursing group, and the hospital costs in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was less than that in the routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function scores of the rapid rehabilitation nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group, with the statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with hepatolith and portal hypertension surgery can improve perioperative indicators, speed up the recovery and improve the postoperative quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications.
