Abstract:Faced with new conditions and tasks, guided by the goal of training "healthy, happy and promising staff" and inspired by the philosophy of "political guidance, staff first as well as reform and innovation", the Labor Union of Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals focuses on organizational building, ideological guidance, skill enhancement, health care, vitality promotion as well as rights and interests guarantee, engaging staff of municipal hospitals in medical reforms so as to make contributions to the health improvement of local residents. And four working experiences were summarized, namely: insisting on taking "rely on the organization to win support" as the starting point of work, "focus on the central task and serve the overall interests" as the basic point of work, "serve the workers and unite them" as the foothold in the work, "advance with the times, stick to reform and innovation" as the focus of work. Striving to make the trade union a harbor for the hearts and minds, a cradle of growth, a strong reliance and a reliable family of the employees.
