Abstract:Objective To approach effect of Solitaire stent mechanical thrombolysis combined with multimode vascular reoperation in the treatment acute cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical data of 99 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Neurology Department of Ziyang First People′s Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2012 to October 2018 were analyzed, and they were grouped by different treatment methods, control group (49 cases) and detection group (50 cases). The control group was treated with Solitaire stent mechanical thrombolysis, while the observation group was treated with multimode vascular reoperation, including combined arterial embolization, balloon dilation and stent implantation etc, on the basis of the control group. The disease-successfully scabbed time, disease-vascular bypass time of patients in the two groups were observed; the National Institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and modified Rankin scale (mRS) score of patients in the two groups before and after intervention were observed; vascular bypass rate and clinical treatment total efficiency rate of patients in the two groups were observed. Results There were no statistically significant difference in disease-successfully scabbed time, disease-vascular bypass time, and NIHSS and mRS scores between two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the NIHSS score and mRS score of two groups were lower than before intervention, and those of the detection group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P < 0.05). The vascular bypass rate and clinical treatment total efficiency rate were compared between two groups, the differences were statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Solitaire stent mechanical thrombolysis combined with multimode vascular reoperation in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the nerve function, increase vascular bypass and curative effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
