Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different solid doff methods in the treatment of prolapse hemorrhoids with constipation. Methods A total of 108 cases of prolapsed hemorrhoids with constipation in Anorectal Ward of Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 54 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH), while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaozhiling Injection on the basis of the control group. The defecation times, hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Patients of two groups were followed up for 6 months and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The defecation times of the observation group were more than those of the control group, and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhiling Injection combined with PPH can effectively treat prolapsed hemorrhoids with constipation and improve the treatment efficiency, which is worthy of popularization and application.
