Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating of Denis typeⅡ fracture of the sacrum with iliac fixation. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, in 474 Hospital of PLA, 83 patients with Denis typeⅡ sacral fracture were selected, according to the operation method, they were divided into routine group 42 cases (treated with traditional surgery) and iliopsoas group 41 cases (treated with iliolumbar fixation ). The operation time, fracture healing time, sacral function recovery time and total clinical efficiency rate of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The operation time, fracture healing time, sacral function recovery time of iliopsoas group were shorter than those of routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total clinical efficiency rate of iliopsoas group were higher than that of routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with sacral fractures of Denis typeⅡ, the operative time, fracture healing time, sacral function recovery time and total clinical efficiency rate of iliacolumbar fixation are significantly better than those of traditional surgical treatment, it can shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time, it is worth to clinical popularity, promotion.
