Abstract:Objective To establish a quality standard for Tibetan medicine Corydalis impartiens. Methods Ten batches of Corydalis impatiens samples were determined by thin-layer chromatography with protoopioids as reference substance; the moisture content, ash content and extract were determined. The content of protopine in Corydalis impatiens was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with X-Bridge C18 column (250.0 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-triethylamine acetic acid solution (20∶80) as the mobile phase, meanwhile high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint was established and the similarity was calculated. Results The thin-layer chromatographyresults of 10 batches of Corydalis impartiens had one accurate characteristic spot. The original opioid has a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 11.71-585.80 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 99.84% and the RSD was 2.75%. By high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint analysis, 14 common characteristic peaks were identified, and the similarity was above 0.9. Conclusion The method is simple, repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Corydalis impatiens.
