Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing intervention in patients with coronary artery CT imaging examination. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 158 patients who recieved coronary CT imaging by Difinition FLASH,sinmens CT angiographyin department of Radiology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University were selected, they were randomly divided into the intervention group (80 cases) and control group (78 cases) according to random number table. The control group was given to conventional nursing scheme, while the intervention group was given to intensive nursing based on the control group. The image quality, SAS score, heart rate control breathing time and cooperating with the incidence of training time, fluctuation of heart rate >10 bpm were compared. Results The quality of the images in the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Before intervention, the SAS scores in two groups were not significant difference (P > 0.05); after intervention, the SAS score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that before intervention (P < 0.05), while SAS score in the control group before and after intervention had no significant difference (P > 0.05); after intervention, the SAS score in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The heart rate control time and breathing training time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05), the incidence of heart rate fluctuation in >10 bpm of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using intensive nursing intervention in patients with CT imaging of the coronary arteries, can reduce the patients psychological anxiety in patients with heart rate and stable, improve the quality of imaging, which is helpful to clinical diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical application
