Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the influence about negative emotions and adherence of psychological nursing for the patients with pituitary adenoma after trans-sphenoid operation. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016, 90 cases with pituitary adenoma after trans-sphenoid operation treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected. All the patients divided into routine nursing and psychological care group according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The negative emotions, compliance and nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of two groups were decreased after nursing, and the effects of the psychological care group were better than those of the routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The treatment adherence, nursing satisfaction in the psychological nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The overall incidence of disturbance of consciousness, cerebrospinal fluid leak, diabetes insipidus and decreased pituitary function of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing based on the routine nursing for the patients with pituitary adenoma after trans-sphenoid operation can obviously alleviate patients' negative mood, improve the treatment compliance and patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
