Abstract:Biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics is one of the core curricula of pharmacy students and its experimental teaching can enable students to consolidate and expand theoretical teaching content, cultivate students' autonomous learning and the ability of original innovation. Constructivism is a theory to explain how knowledge is constructed in the human being when information comes into contact with existing knowledge by special circumstances, cooperation, conversation and meaning construction. Department of Pharmaceutics, College of Pharmacy, Third Military Medical University carried out the teaching reform of comprehensive experiment of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics based on constructivism theory, used clinical practical problems as the cases in teaching situation, and carried out three aspects of cooperation and conversation between teachers and students. The teaching reform of comprehensive experiment helps students solve problems independently and achieve the ultimate goal of the construction of meaning.
