Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia on limb function and life quality. Methods 120 cases with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group patients was given to the routine nursing, and the observation group was given to the early rehabilitation nursing, for the continuous 3 months. The Barthel index (BI), Fugl-Meyer score (FMA) and the improvement about the cognitive function and the life quality of the two groups patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The BI, FMA score of two groups after treatment were increased than before, and the improvement of the observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of cognitive function improvement in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function score of the two groups were increased than before, and the increase of the observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively enhance the recovery of motor function and cognitive function, improve the quality of life.
