运动康复路径在老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨运动康复路径在老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取西安医学院第一附属医院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者130例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组各65例。对照组患者给予常规护理方法进行康复治疗；实验组在此基础上给予运动康复路径治疗。在治疗结束后，观察和评价两组患者的治疗效果，患者各项心功能指标，以及出院后6个月内再住院发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。实验组治疗后左心室舒张末容积（LVEDV）、左心室收缩末容积(LVESV）低于对照组患者，左室射血分数（LVEF）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。实验组6 min步行距离显著高于对照组，出院后再住院率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论采用运动康复路径可以提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行康复运动治疗的积极性和主动性，改善心功能指标，提高治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of exercise of rehabilitation pathway on rehabilitation treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 130 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in the first Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table, with 65 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with exercise rehabilitation therapy. After treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were observed and evaluated, including the patient's cardiac function index and the incidence of re hospitalization within 6 months after discharge. Results The total efficiency of the treatment in the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEDV and LVESV in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the level of LVEF in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); 6-minute ambulation distance of the exp?鄄erimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the readmission rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation training path can improve the motivation and initiative of the rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure, the indexes of cardiac function and clinical effect.
