Cultivation and management of clinical scientific research compound talents in hospital from the perspective of translational mMedicine

Abstract:With the concept of translational medicine into Chinese medical and health system and development planning, large-scale general hospital urgent need to train a number of clinical scientific research compound talents topromote the development of translational medicine and promote the transformation of scientific research. This study describes the concept and development of translational medicine, defines the concept of clinical scientific research compound talents and analyzes its characteristics, explores the training methods and management of clinical scientific research compound talents in large-scale general hospitals, and summarizes 6 aspects, including: hospital managers attaching great importance, clinicians changing their minds, building an academic platform to provide a good scientific environment, perfecting the incentive mechanism and establishing the standard of personnel evaluation, teamwork "project education" and paying attention to post-graduate education. Combined with the innovation of personnel system and scientific research system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, the construction of multi-dimensional evaluation system of high-level compound talents in hospital, and the talent cultivation and scientific research achievements in the past 5 years, analyze the existing problems and put forward reasonable suggestions and thinking for reference.
