参芪扶正注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗脓毒症的效果及对血管内皮功能的影响

摘要目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗脓毒症的效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1～12月新疆心脑血管医院收治的92例脓毒症患者的临床资料，按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组（46例）和观察组（46例）。在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、急性生理学及慢性健康状况系统（APACHEⅡ）评分、序贯器官衰竭估计（SOFA）评分及血管内皮功能。结果经过治疗，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（89.1%比71.7%，P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后，两组患者APACHEⅡ、SOFA评分均较治疗前显著降低（均P ＜ 0.05），且观察组APACHEⅡ、SOFA评分显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜ 0.05）。血管内皮功能指标显示，两组治疗后内皮素-1（ET-1）水平较治疗前显著降低，一氧化氮（NO）水平较治疗前显著升高（均P ＜ 0.05），且观察组治疗后ET-1水平显著低于对照组，NO水平显著高于对照组（均P ＜ 0.05）。结论参芪扶正注射液联合辛伐他汀在脓毒症中应用效果良好，能够提高临床疗效，缓解临床症状，并改善血管内皮功能，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of sepsis and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with sepsis admitted to Xinjiang Cardiovascular Hospital from January to December 2016 was analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases) according to different treating methods. On basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given Simvastatin, while the observation group was treated with adjuvant therapy of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection based on the treatment of control group. The clinical efficacy, the scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation scoring system (APACHEⅡ) and sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA), and the vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of the control group (89.1% vs 71.7%, P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the scores of APACHEⅡ and SOFA in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05), and the scores of APACHEⅡ and SOFA in the observation group after treatment were all lower than those of the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05). The indexes of vascular endothelial function showed that the levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) after treatment in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, the levels of nitric oxide (NO) after treatment in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05), and the levels of ET-1 after treatment in the observation group were lower than those of control group, the levels of NO after treatment in the observation group were higher than those of control group (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Application of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with Simvastatin in sepsis has good effects, which can increase the clinical efficacy, relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the vascular endothelial function, it is worthy of clinical application.
