Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application of integrated care in the combination of advanced pancreatic cancer radiotherapy. Methods From April 2015 to April 2017, 90 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer underwent three dimensional conformal radiotherapy synchronous chemotherapy treatment in Xingtai City People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by the routine care, the observation group was treated by the comprehensive care, they were treated for two months. The adverse reaction, anxiety, depression and quality of life in the groups were compared. Results The observation group had a lower incidence of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal blood picture, hair loss, and stomatitis compared with the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were decreased than before treatment, the improvement of observation group was more remarkable, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated care in advanced pancreatic cancer with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of toxic side effects, improve the anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life.
