Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of attribution intervention on self-management level of young and middle-aged patients with community hypertension through WeChat. Methods From June to December in 2016, 100 young and middle-aged patients with community hypertension attended to community clinic in Zhucheng Ma Zhuang were selected and divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group were treated by routine nursing and health education, while patients in observation group were treated by attribution intervention through Wechat. Then the self-management ability and blood pressure level in the groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the self-management ability in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.01), including the aspects of food management, emotional management, medication management, disease monitoring and exercise management. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the work and rest score between the groups (P > 0.05). In the blood pressure control, the scores of blood pressure in the observtion group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion The implementation of attribution intervention through WeChat can improve patients′ self-management ability, help for blood pressure control, and improve the therapeutic effect and reuce the occurrence of complications.
