Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effects of individualized nursing care on compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods Ninety cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent minimally invasive surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given individualized nursing care. Both groups were given continuous nursing for 1 month. The compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total rate of compliance behavior in the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of control group (75.56%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group (91.11%) was higher than that of control group (73.33%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.89%) was higher than that of control group (22.22%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The individualized nursing care can improve the compliance behavior of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery, promote the nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and it is more safer.
