Abstract：As the opportunities for medical education and medical students to success appear in the new era, basic requirements for the quality of medical talents in the new era is discussed, as well as new characteristics, new changes and new problems. The way how to be success of medical students is complex. The main factors are listed as followed. First, synergistic education mechanism should be established. Second, cultural self-confidence education of medical students should be strengthened. Third, medical humanistic feelings and the innovative consciousness of medical students should be enhanced. Forth, course setting system should be optimize and so on.
