Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention in psychological disorders and pain of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 90 cases with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Harbin Medical University from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected. All the patients divided into the routine nursing and the comprehensive nursing group according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The curative effect, improve psychological barriers and degree of pain of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than before intervention, and the improvement about the above indicators of the comprehensive nursing group was more remarkable, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The pain degree of two groups was decreased than before intervention, and the improvement about the above indicators of the comprehensive nursing group were more remarkable, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis, improve mental state, pain relief.
