Abstract:Grapefruit fruit is rich in nutrition, rich in vitamins, carotenoids, flavonoids, coumarins and other active ingredients, has important nutritional, health and medical research value. Grapefruit introduced into China for nearly 80 years of history, the present domestic research mainly concentrated in the grapefruit grapefruit germplasm resources, anti-oxidation and antimicrobial activity, biological characteristics, etc. grapefruit efficacy research also has the very big disparity with the foreign. This paper collect the grapefruit fruit nutrition, functional component and efficacy test at home and abroad research progress, in order to provide theoretical basis for future research and application.
