养阴舒肝胶囊联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症的效果

摘要目的探讨养阴舒肝胶囊联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）伴不孕症的效果。方法选取2016年2月~2018年2月中山市中医院收治的PCOS伴不孕症患者83例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n = 41）和实验组（n = 42）。对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗，实验组给予养阴舒肝胶囊联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、排卵、妊娠结局以及卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）发生率；比较两组治疗前后血清激素[雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体激素（LH）]水平；记录两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果实验组临床总有效率（76.19%）显著高于对照组（46.34%）（P < 0.05）。治疗后两组患者E2、FSH水平明显升高，且实验组高于对照组（P < 0.05）；治疗后两组患者LH水平明显降低，且实验组低于对照组（P < 0.05）。实验组患者排卵率、妊娠率均显著高于对照组（P < 0.05）；两组患者OHSS发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论养阴舒肝胶囊联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗PCOS伴不孕症患者，疗效显著，可改善患者血清激素水平，提高排卵率、妊娠率，且不增加不良反应，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangyin Shugan Capsules combined with Clomiphene Citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) associated with infertility. Methods A total of 83 PCOS associated with infertility admitted in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into control group (n = 41) and experimental group (n = 42) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate and the experimental group was treated with Yangyin Shugan Capsules combined with Clomiphene Citrate. The clinical efficacy, ovulation and pregnancy outcome and the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) after treatment were compared between the two groups. The levels of serum hormone [estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) ] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the adverse reaction of the two groups was recorded during treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (76.19%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (46.34%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, levels of E2 and FSH in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the level of LH of the two groups decreased significantly, and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in OHSS between the two groups (P > 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Yangyin Shugan Capsules combined with Clomiphene Citrate is effective in the treatment of PCOS associated with infertility. It can improve the level of serum hormone, increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and do not increase adverse reaction. It has a certain clinical value.
