Abstract：With the continuous introduction of policy documents related to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, relevant government departments at all levels are committed to continuously promoting the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment systems and improving the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment service system. The existing literature is analyzed from the implementation significance, implementation path, implementation effect of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, the cognition of the doctors and patients on the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, the problems and countermeasures of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in practice. It is found that there are three characteristics in the current related literature research: the research started late and the number was small, the research content is extensive but not in-depth, the research method is simple.Based on the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in China and the characteristics of the existing literature research, some issues worthy of further study are put forward.
