Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of apoptosis inhibitory protein (cIAP) and caspase-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of cIAP and Caspase-7 in 80 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 50 normal endometrium tissues and 50 cases of endometrial dysplasia were examined by immunohistochemical SP method in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2015 to December 2017, and the expression of cIAP, Caspase-7 and intrauterine were analyzed. The relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics and the expression of cIAP and Caspase-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rate of cIAP in endometrium adenocarcinoma was higher than that of endometrium atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium. The positive rate of Caspase-7 was lower than that of endometrium atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium (P < 0.05). The endometrium of endometrium was atypical hyperplasia tissue and endometrium was positive. There was no significant difference in cIAP positive rate and Caspase-7 positive rate between normal tissues (P > 0.05). The positive rate of cIAP in the tissues of G1 to G2, FIGO stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ, and non lymph node metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma was lower than that of histological classification G3, FIGO stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ, and lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of Caspase-7 was higher than that of histological classification G3, FIGO stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ, and lymph node metastasis, all of them was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of cIAP and Caspase-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated (r = -0.843, P = 0.039). Conclusion There is a significant high expression of cIAP in endometrial adenocarcinoma, while Caspase-7 has obvious low expression. Both of them is
