Abstract:Aloes of Mongolian medicine mountain belongs to Oleaceae, Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl. which is used to treat angina, headache and dizziness, insomnia, dreaminess, palpitation and asthma, etc. Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl chemical composition and biological activity have been the focus of domestic research in recent years. It is found that the main components of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl are volatile oil and lignin, which are difficult to isolate. Therefore, the chemical components of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl have not been studied deeply, and the pharmacodynamic substance basis of agarwood has not been fully explained. This review summarizes the phytochemical, extraction method and pharmacological research progress, and its future development trend is prospected.
