Abstract:Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is common in the population and is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases. HPV-DNA may exist on the epithelium of male and female reproductive organs, which may affect human reproductive health. Male HPV infection is associated with reproductive health problems such as abnormal semen parameters, impacting sperm DNA integrity, reducing assisted reproductive pregnancy rate, the production of anti-sperm antibodies and the formation of reproductive organ tumors. Therefore, some measures should be taken to reduce HPV infection rate and improve reproductive health, including HPV vaccination, correct use of condoms and reducing sexual partners.
