岭南针药相须流派李滋平对颈椎病颈痛的治疗经验

摘要经过不断的临床实践，岭南针药相须流派李滋平教授在治疗痛证方面积累了丰富的治疗经验。在颈椎病颈痛的治疗方面，岭南针药相须流派通过传统针刺治疗配合穴位注射发挥针药相须的特色及优势，并辨证运用拔罐、药物艾灸、护理调摄，形成了一个完整的治疗体系，临床疗效显著。本文详细总结了流派传承人李滋平教授在治疗颈椎病颈痛方面的经验，着重介绍针刺及穴位注射的治疗特色，并附上一则医案，以供探讨。

Abstract：Through continuous clinical practice, Professor Li Ziping who are school of acupuncture and Chinese medicine mutual synergizing in Lingnan has accumulated rich experience in treating pain. In the treatment of cervical spondylosis with neck pain, the school acupuncture and Chinese medicine mutual synergizing in Lingnan give full play to the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture and Chinese medicine mutual synergizing through the combination of traditional acupuncture treatment and acupoint injection. It has formed a complete treatment system including the use of cupping, medicine moxibustion and personal care based on syndrome differentiation, which has achieved significant clinical effects. This paper summarizes the experience of Professor Li Ziping, the inheritor of the school, in treating neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis. It focuses on the treatment features of acupuncture and acupoint injection, and attaches a medical case for discussion.
