Abstract:The rapid development of modern emergency medicine has given rise to the name “emergency specialist nurse”. As a special professional, the thinking mode and nursing decision-making ability of emergency specialist nurses directly affect the nursing quality level of emergency medicine and the success rate of treatment for critical and critical patients. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the MBTI personality assessment, this paper selects and trains the emergency nurses who meet the characteristics of the specialty according to the needs of the emergency nurses under the new situation, and discusses the training program of the emergency nurses, so as to cultivate the emergency nurses who are suitable for the new situation.
