Abstract：Drug quality management of inpatient dispensary is one of the most important parts of pharmacy administration. The department of pharmacy draws up the drug safety management systems and strengthens cooperation with medical staff to ensure the quality of drugs and the safety of inpatients, which leads to the reducing of the medical risk caused by drug quality. Based on the relevant literature and daily work experience, this paper analyzes and summarizes several aspects of drug safety management measurements in inpatient dispensary of the hospital, including drug quality supervision group, management of expiration date and batch number of drug, storage and use of the light repellent drug, management of the refrigerated drug and cool preserved drug, supervision of the special drug, management of the drugs in intelligent medicine cabinet and crash truck of wards. It can provide reference for the implementation and improvement of drug safety management system, so as to improve the drug quality and safety of hospitalized patients.
