延续护理服务对腹腔镜胃食管结合部癌切除术患者术后康复与生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨延续护理服务对腹腔镜胃食管结合部癌切除术患者术后康复与生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月～2017年3月在湖北省鄂州市中心医院接受胃食管结合部癌切除术的144例患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组72例。对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以常规护理联合延续护理，两组均护理3个月。比较两组术后康复状况、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果两组护理后体重、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和总蛋白水平均明显高于护理前，且研究组高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；两组护理后健康状况调查简表（SF-36）各维度评分均较护理前明显升高，且研究组高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P ＜ 0.01）。结论延续护理服务可有效促进腹腔镜胃食管结合部癌切除术患者的术后康复，明显提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing service on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in gastroesophageal junction cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic resection. Methods A total of 144 patients receiving gastric and esophageal cancer resection from March 2015 to March 2017 in Ezhou Central Hospital were selected as the subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method with 72 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given routine nursing combined with continuous nursing. The two groups were given continuous nursing service for 3 months. The postoperative rehabilitation, quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, weight, serum albumin, hemoglobin and total protein levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the indices in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). After nursing, the summary of health survey (SF-36) scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and scores in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The satisfactory rate of nursing care in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion The continuous nursing service can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic gastroesophageal cancer resection, and obviously improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
