“治未病”理论在冠心病防治中的应用

摘要近年来冠心病逐步成为临床发病率较高的疾病之一，且发展迅速、预后较差，严重影响人们的生活质量。冠心病的防治工作始终应为相关医务工作者的重点。现代医学以分级预防及病后心脏康复为工作重点，但临床实施中多具有局限性、滞后性。本文从“未病先防、既病防变、病愈防复”的角度出发，探讨传统医学中“治未病”理论在冠心病防治中的应用，为医疗工作者临床治疗提供新思路，期望其在冠心病患者健康管理中发挥重要作用，从而提高临床疗效，改善患者生存质量。

Abstract：In recent years, coronary heart disease has gradually become one of the diseases with high clinical incidence, and it has developed rapidly and has a poor prognosis, which seriously affects people′s quality of life. The prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease should always be the focus of relevant medical workers. Modern medicine focuses on prevention and post-cardiac rehabilitation, but it has many limitations and lags in clinical implementation. This article explores the application of “preventive treatment of disease” theory in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease in traditional medicine from the perspective of “no disease prevention first, disease prevention has occurred to prevent changes, prevent recurrence after illness”, and provides new ideas for clinical treatment of medical workers. It is expected to play an important role in the health management of patients with coronary heart disease, thereby improving clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients.
