Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing education on nursing service in surgical outpatients. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients from January to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. The control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received humanized nursing service on the basis of the control group. The incidence of nursing adverse reaction, the scores of nursing satisfaction (including hospital environment, nursing skills, nursing service attitude and behavior ) and nursing quality (including nursing skills, nursing service, rehabilitation guidance and the imagine of nursing staff) were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that of control group, the scores of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality in the observation group were all higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing education can significantly improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in surgical outpatients, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse reaction. It is worthy of promotion and application.
